Common Issues & Solutions

I can't log in to my account

Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link. If issues persist, contact support at support@findimoto.co.za

My listing isn't showing up in search

Ensure all required fields are completed and your listing is set to "active." New listings may take a few minutes to appear in search results.

I'm not receiving messages from buyers

Check your email spam folder and verify your email address is confirmed. Update your notification settings in your account preferences.

How do I report a problem with a listing?

Click the "Report" button on any listing or email security@findimoto.co.za with details.
