1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FindiMoto ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using FindiMoto, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

2.2 Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Listing Vehicles

3.1 Accuracy

Sellers must provide accurate and truthful information about vehicles listed on the platform. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

3.2 Prohibited Items

You may not list stolen vehicles, vehicles with falsified documentation, or vehicles that violate South African law.

4. Transactions

FindiMoto acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. All transactions are between users directly.

Users are responsible for:

  • Verifying the identity of the other party
  • Inspecting vehicles before purchase
  • Ensuring proper documentation and legal transfer of ownership
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Fees and Payment

FindiMoto may charge fees for certain services. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur any charges. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Use automated systems to access the platform
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content on FindiMoto, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FindiMoto or its licensors and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. FINDIMOTO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

FindiMoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
